The Program Manager role assists BCBAs in leading a team of behavior technicians (BTs) to deliver behavior analytic services. Daily duties include but are not limited to: supervising client cases, providing direct therapy services, conducting behavior analytic assessment procedures, and parent/caregiver training. This position requires a positive and supportive attitude toward the company and colleagues. This position requires individuals to have problem-solving skills, independent and critical thinking, as well as have strong communication and decision-making skills.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Required)
- LaBA credential for LaBA role, BCaBA certification for BCaBA role (Required)
- 2+ years experience (Preferred)

Your role
- Collaborate with case BCBA
- Supervise and train Behavior Technicians
- Assist in development, planning, and implementation of programming
- Provide guidance and support to families of clients
Other responsibilities include and are not limited to:
- Accurate and timely submission of session notes
- Thorough and timely submission of treatment plans
- Upholding minimum billable hours on a weekly basis
- Provide direct sessions with clients when needed
- Attend regular meetings/trainings
- Uphold BACB certification requirements
- Maintain state credentialing (LaBA credential)
- Comply with the BACB Professional and Ethical Compliance Code
- Follow all company policies in addition to state and federal laws and guidelines

Regular performance reviews are conducted to assess quality of work, growth, feedback from colleagues, and opportunities for further skill development. These evaluations will give the employee a chance to provide feedback to their supervisor as well.
