Behavior Technician – RBT, CBT (Entry Level)
Renton, WA | Part-Time, Full-Time
Our behavior technicians are passionate professionals who have completed a minimum of a 40-hour training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), have successfully passed a competency assessment on ABA principles and have received a passing score on the Registered Behavior Technician exam through the BACB. All behavior technicians are regularly supervised by a BCBA on a weekly basis and engage in ongoing professional development and education. Behavior technicians are responsible for the direct implementation of skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans developed by the BCBA. There are also opportunities for behavior technicians to conduct certain assessments and develop reports under the supervision of a BCBA. Behavior technicians are not responsible for developing client programming. It is the responsibility of the designated BCBA supervisor of the behavior technician to determine which tasks the behavior technician is ready to participate with depending on their training, experience, and competence.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Successful completion of fingerprint check, background check, and drug testing
- 40-hour paid training by our agency based on the BACB’s task list
- Successful completion of competency assessment and RBT exam within 6 months of hire
Certifications:
- Washington State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) license – not required
- Washington State Drivers License
- Proof of valid auto insurance
- CPR certification – not required

Your Role:
- Provide 1:1 direct therapy to clients using ABA techniques in-home, center, and/or school settings
- Collect ongoing data for client program goals
- Communicate and collaborate with team members
- Attend regular staff meetings and trainings

- Accurate and timely submission of session notes
- Attend regular meetings and trainings
- Uphold certification requirements
- Maintain state credentialing (LBA credential)

- Online data collection and session note entries on company-provided devices

Performance Evaluation:
Regular performance reviews are conducted to assess quality of work, growth, feedback from colleagues, and opportunities for further skill development. These evaluations will give the employee a chance to provide feedback to their supervisor and set goals for growth, raises, and bonuses.
Case Supervisor – BCBA, LaBA
Renton, WA | Part-Time, Full-Time
The Case Supervisor role leads a team of behavior technicians (BTs) to deliver behavior analytic services. Daily duties include but are not limited to: supervising client cases, providing direct therapy services, behavior analytic assessment procedures, and parent/caregiver training. This position must have a positive and supportive attitude toward the company and colleagues. This position requires individuals to have problem-solving skills, independent and critical thinking, as well as have strong communication and decision-making skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- BCaBA certification
- State license (LaBA) from the Washington State Department
- 1+ years experience (preferred)

Daily duties include but are not limited to: supervising client cases, providing direct therapy services, conducting behavior analytic assessment procedures, and parent/caregiver training.
