Jessica Torres Madrid, MS, BCBA, LBA, IBA
Director of Operations
Jessica is one of the founders of IRBS. Jessica joined the ABA field in 2014 while she was finishing her Psychology undergraduate degree at California State University, Los Angeles. Her love for the science encouraged her to pursue higher education. In 2021, Jessica was awarded her master’s degree with distinction in Counseling from Nova Southeastern University.
Jessica believes that a lot of progress can be made when all stakeholders work collaboratively, hence she has spent a lot of her ABA career supporting and coaching parents through the process. She is not only passionate and dedicated to her clients and their progress, but she is a person full of charisma, kindness, empathy, and a lifelong love of learning.
Erick Vazquez Ramirez
Administrative Director
Erick is our Administrative Director and is also one of the founders of IRBS. Erick and Jessica met in college both as Psychology undergraduates, but Erick took a different path and dove into the administration and operations field. Erick led the expansion of an endurance company into the west coast and managed hundreds of events over the years.
With over a decade of experience in account management and operations, Erick leads our team’s administrative side.
Jaymie Chapman
Certified behavior Technician
About Jaymie
Jaymie Chapman is a Certified Behavior Technician with over 10 years of experience in the Education field.
Jaymie hopes to gain her RBT license in the near future. Her expertise includes close attention to detail, content creation, and believes in compassion and empathy when working with children who need someone who will take the time to listen, care, and support through all challenges. She loves to bring awareness of ABA and the importance of compassion when working with challenging behaviors.
In her free time, Jaymie enjoys spending time with her dog Akira, husband, nephew and friends, playing around on Canva creating new material for clients, and engaging in self care by singing Karaoke for hours or taking a nice long nap.
Ravinder Lally
Certified behavior Technician
About Ravinder
Ravi is a certified Behavior Technician that has experience working in clinical settings, school settings and home therapy. Ravi graduated in 2024 with his BAS in youth development.
Ravi joined this field due to his own personal journey and has 3 years of experience in this field. Ravi is hoping to go back to school soon to continue his studies and get his masters degree in counseling.
Tara Shakespeare
Certified behavior Technician
About Tara
Tara began her ABA career in 2025 as a Certified Behavior Technician. Since then, Tara has been inspired by her clients and their families to go back to school to pursue her degree in Behavioral Science and Applied Behavior Analysis.
Tara’s passion to teach has grown since working at Infinite Rainbow Behavior Solutions. Tara is passionate about learning from her clients and building collaborative relationships with their families to ensure client success.
